Gross
Rosetta Stone is the grossest Arabic learning program I know of. In the lesson I did today, they showed pictures of girls kissing horses (notice the plurals). It was sickening. I have no idea how they convinced the girls to kiss the horses, since I wouldn't kiss a horse unless my life depended on it (well, if I was payed a lot I might consider kissing a horse). If you are interested, I think the word they used for kiss was تقبل
Anyway do not think too hard about this or it will totally gross you out (I mean, just imagine one day kissing a girl who had kissed a horse!)
To change the subject, I finally figured out how to write a C++ program using Xcode! Well, actually I could write them before I just couldn't run them, making them kind of useless. I also learned about syntax errors and parse errors (it took me a while to fix the parse error, because my book didn't mention them so I didn't know what they were). Anyway, in my C++ book i am mostly done with the first chapter. It is quite a lot of fun, but it feels too much like school so i don't do it everyday.

that is nasty. positively nasty...
moving on to more elevating topics, as my mom would say... Good job with xcode. What was a parse error? I have had thousands of syntax errors (more than 100 in one program before... heh) but I have never had a parse error.
Have you met cin and cout opperators yet? you've met #include iostream.h though, right? heh, hello world... (html wouldn't let me put in the carrots, cause it thought it was a tag...)
i would never kiss a horse. a frog, yes, a horse, heck no. you're crazy.
I think a parse error is when you put in whitespaces in a place where there aren't supposed to be any (actually I don't remember exactly what a parse error is...i fixed one and then forgot what it was). Anyway, since my book doesn't mention them, I think they probably don't show up on WIndows or Unix. The book I am using taught me about cin and cout and endl on the first day I started using the book.
so, you DO eventually plan to kiss a girl, eh? interesting.... (Suprised mrs. Abla didn't pick that up)
